Terms and Conditions of Sale & Disclaimer
Ordering and Payment

Please carefully review your quotation or purchase order — including product details, prices, VAT, and delivery address — before confirming your order and making payment.

Orders and payments confirmed before 3:00 PM on business days will be processed for dispatch on the same day. Orders confirmed after this time will be treated as the next business day’s order.

Payment must be completed before the company can schedule delivery. Any delay in payment may result in a postponed delivery date.
Delivery Conditions and Fees
-
Free delivery is available for orders of THB 5,000 or more (including VAT) within Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi, and Pathum Thani.
For deliveries outside these areas, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact our staff for details. -
If a customer requests delivery outside the planned schedule or requires urgent delivery after the daily cut-off time, an additional service fee starting from THB 1,500 per order may apply.

Delivery is provided to the ground floor (1st floor) only. For delivery to upper floors, an additional charge of THB 100 per item and THB 650 per person per trip will apply.
The company will not be liable for any damage caused if the customer hires external movers or installers without prior notice. -
If special packaging is required for container shipping or extra protective wrapping, an additional fee starting from THB 2,000 per item will be charged.
Product Exchange and Return Policy
1. General Policy

The company does not accept product exchanges or returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction after the purchase has been confirmed.

Refunds are not available, except in cases where the company is unable to deliver the ordered product. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
-
Visible Damage During Transit:
If visible damage (such as dents, scratches, or torn packaging) is found upon receipt, the customer must notify the company within 5 business days from the delivery date and provide supporting evidence (photos or videos taken during unboxing). The company reserves the right to deny responsibility for visible external damage reported after this period. -
Functional Defects:
If a product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality, customers may request a replacement within 7 business days, or as stated under the product warranty terms. The company reserves the right to inspect the product before approval to verify that the defect was not caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification by the customer.
3. Exchange for a Different Model

If a product cannot be installed or used for reasons not caused by the information or recommendations provided by the company, an exchange for a different model is permitted within 5 business days, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in brand-new condition, unused, with complete original packaging and accessories.

The customer is responsible for any price difference and two-way transportation costs.

The company reserves the right to evaluate the returned product’s condition and may deduct a depreciation fee if the item does not meet the stated requirements.

Delivery Postponement and Product Acceptance
Customers wishing to postpone delivery or change the delivery address must notify the company at least 3 business days in advance.
Delivery postponement is allowed up to two times:
- The first postponement may not exceed 3 months.
- The second postponement may not exceed 1 month. Both postponements are free of charge. Any further postponements will incur additional fees.
- Upon delivery, the recipient must inspect the product and its packaging together with the delivery personnel. If visible damage or irregularities are found, the recipient must note the issue on the delivery document before signing, or refuse to accept the goods. If the delivery note is signed without any remarks, it will be considered that the goods were received in good external condition. (For damages discovered after unboxing, please refer to the “Product Exchange and Return Policy.”)
- Customers may authorize another person to receive the goods on their behalf. Once the delivery document is signed, the delivery will be deemed complete, and the recipient will be considered to have accepted the product’s condition.
Product Storage

Customers may store purchased products in the company’s warehouse for up to 2 months after full payment has been made and products are ready for delivery.

Storage beyond this period will incur fees of THB 180 per day per small item and THB 400 per day per large item.

Storage Warranty Terms: To ensure transparency, the storage-related warranty is divided into two parts:

Manufacturer Warranty: The warranty period shall commence on the date the product is ready for delivery and placed into storage, as product components may naturally degrade over time

Condition and Integrity Warranty:
The company guarantees the external condition of products during the storage period.
Customers retain the right to request a replacement for any functional defect within 5 days from the actual date of product receipt.

If customers fail to pay the storage fees or collect the goods within the specified period, the company reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover associated costs, with prior notice to the customer.
Disclaimer
By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions stated herein.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms or any applicable service fees as deemed necessary due to business or operational circumstances, with prior notice provided.
